What we're all about...

 

Our Founder:

Janie Bess a writer and author, recognized that local

aspiring writers did not have accessibility to services and

resources necessary to publish their works.    She wanted to

 establish more than just a critique group--she envisioned

a full-service collective of dedicated writers who could each share

 their talents, knowledge, and resources with their fellow

writers.  Writers Resource Center was founded in 2002 and

Chartered by the State of California in 2003.
